To protect the security of your patients' data, Apex now requires you to update your password every 90 days. If your password has expired, you will be prompted to reset it in the Apex Web Portal. You will also see an error message when attempting to submit a claim in the OneTouch app or your integrated EHR. You will need to reset your password before you will be able to submit claims successfully.
After updating your password in the Apex Web Portal, be sure to Reset your Apex Password in the Apex OneTouch Application to prevent errors when submitting claims.
Integrated EHRs also require you to update your Apex password in their software. Please contact Apex Support or your software provider if you need assistance updating the Apex password in your EHR.
IMPORTANT: Never reuse old passwords, use the same passwords on different accounts or platforms, or share your password with anyone. An employee of Apex will never ask you to share your password with them.
