If you need to contact Apex support, be sure to provide your Client ID. Including your Client ID in support requests can reduce the time it takes to resolve the issue. You can find your Client ID easily in both the Apex OneTouch website and the OneTouch app.

The Client ID is the three character combination of letters and/or numbers located at the top right corner of the page. In this example the Client ID is ZZZ.
From the OneTouch App
The Client ID is the three character combination of letters and/or numbers located below the OneTouch header. In this example the Client ID is AHK.
