There are multiple ways for you to submit a Support Request to our Apex EDI Support team.

via Knowledge Base
You can easily submit a Support Request in the Apex EDI Knowledge Base.
IMPORTANT: Do not include any PHI in your Support Request or screenshots.
- Navigate to https://apex-edi.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
- Click the Help button at the bottom of the Apex Knowledge Base.
- Enter your Name and Email Address.
- Enter your question, request or issue. Include your situation and as much detail as possible.
- If you have any attachments that may help (screenshots, etc.) upload them.
- Click Send.
- You will receive a confirmation email that your Support Request has been received. You can reply to that email at any time or check the status of your Support Request.
NOTE: If you haven't received a confirmation email or a response from Support, please make sure to check your spam or junk folders and add support@apexedi.com to your safe senders list.
via Email
You can also send Apex EDI Support an email. This email will be turned into a Support ticket for you!
- Email Support@ApexEDI.com from the email you have either set up a Support Account with already or wish tp use for your Support Account going forward.
- You will receive a confirmation email that your Support Request has been received. You can reply to that email at any time or check the status of your Support Request.

via Phone
Finally, you can call Apex EDI Support. Your conversation will be turned into a Support ticket for you.
