How Does my Support Work?
Vendor support is quite a bit different from our standard Apex support; due to the specific contracts set between us, you will not be able to contact Apex Support to assist with your claims. Instead, you will want to contact your vendor specific support, and they will be able to help with your issue. Any problem that they're unable to figure out will be relayed, by the vendor support agent, to our Apex Vendor Specialist team. This team will assist the practice management software in resolving any issues you may be experiencing, and get a quick resolution for you!
