There are 2 ways to contact Apex support:
- Call our phone number.
- Email our support emails.
Apex EDI's phone number is 800-840-9152. We have updated our phone menu, so you will want to listen for the Support option. This will take you to our Tier 1 support services, who will either assist you with your issue or pass the ticket to our Tier 2 support. To understand what the tears mean, please click here.
Apex support offers 2 main emails and a third general email. The general email is firstname.lastname@example.org, but please be aware that this email may take longer to show in our support staff's ticket queue. The other two options, and the most recommended ones, are the emails for each region depending on the location of the state.
If you are in a state located West of the Mississippi river, then you will want to email our West@apexedi.com email for support. This email will go directly to our Tier 2 support, and they will respond within 24 hours of receiving the email.
If you are in a state located East of the Mississippi river, then you will want to email our East@apexedi.com email for support. This email will go directly to our Tier 2 support, and they will respond within 24 hours of receiving the email.
Once an email has been sent you should receive an automated confirmation that it was received. All future responses from our Support staff will then continue in that email chain, so be sure to keep that available.
