If you are in a State located West of the Mississippi river, email East@ApexEDI.com for support. This email will go directly to our Tier 2 Support, and they will respond within 24 hours of receiving the email.

If you are a medical or dental provider and are not sure which email to contact, email Support@ApexEDI.com for general support. This will connect you with our Tier 1 Support. They will triage your issue and connect you with the proper team to assist you with your issue.
