When you have gone through the onboarding process, you are then put in the care of our expert Customer Care Support specialists. Each of them have been trained to assist with many needs and requirements that claim support would entail and carry a vast wealth of knowledge.

- Installing Apex Software
- Troubleshooting errors
- Manually Outputting Information

Please note that Apex EDI services thousands of clients each day, and our specialists are working hard to ensure that everyone is helped within a timely manner. Currently Apex does not charge for support, however that also means that you are not paying for support. While we are happy to assist where we can, there are some requests that are not possible for us to do.
