If you received an EOB that shows your claim is denied, you need to consult the EOB for the denial codes. Those are located on the bottom of all EOBs received by Apex EDI.

- Once a claim has gone through payment, also called adjudication, Apex EDI is no longer legally able to pursue details for the claim aside from the information provided on the EOB.
- However, once that EOB has been sent, you are able to contact the payer's customer service department and they will provide any available details.
