Apex EDI offers a statement service to our clients who want to send their patient statements through us! Apex EDI takes any statements received and sends them through our Partner Company, BillFlash, to be mailed to all the patient addresses. This is a paid service, so there is a monthly fee, but anyone is able to access this feature!
How do I Sign up for Statements?
You will just need to contact our Apex Sales team at 800-840-9152 ext 313 or email email@example.com. All pricing details will be handled by our Sales representative.
How Does it Work?
Once your setup is complete, an Apex EDI Customer Care Specialist will ensure that your OneTouch application is set up properly to send statements to us. After everything is set up, the system will function exactly like your claims.
