From the Apex Claim Status tab you can access all individual Claims that have been submitted under the Client ID. You can also update any status associated with the Claim.
This is also where any status update associated with the Claim will be collected, where you can edit and resubmit your Claims, or access an EOB specifically for a patient instead of the EOBs that show all patients that were paid on the same date.
- Log in to your Apex OneTouch.
- Click Claim Status tab.
This will then open up the page for your to view your claims in any way you are wanting.
