In order to resubmit claims from this tab, you will first need to read the Navigating the Claim Status Tab article. Once you've learned how to search for claims, you will notice all claims matching the criteria of your search. All this information will be listed in the line below the search bar.
To edit this claim, you'll go to the right of the patient line and select the Action button.
This will then reveal a few options to select. If the claim was Failed by Apex, you will want to select the Edit option.
If the claim was Rejected by the payer, then you will select the Edit and Resubmit option.
This will then open the claim for editing. You can make any changes that you need and, once completed, you'll click the Save Changes button on the top right, if the claim is failed.
If the claim is rejected, then you will select the Resubmit Claim button.
Saving these changes will then submit the claim to go to the payer when Apex regularly submits all claims.
